1. Acceptance of Terms

By working with Animation Fuel, you agree to abide by the terms outlined on this page. These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Scope & Deliverables

We provide a complete lead generation system tailored for B2B SaaS companies, which includes Paid Ads, Animated Videos, AI Automation & Chatbots, and Landing Page Optimization.
All deliverables and timelines will be outlined and confirmed before the project begins. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope will require separate discussion and approval.

3. Performance Guarantee

If you are approved for our guarantee during your strategy call, we will outline specific results we aim to deliver. If those agreed outcomes are not met, we will continue working at no additional cost until they are achieved.
Guarantees only apply when explicitly discussed and confirmed in writing prior to project start.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide access to relevant accounts (e.g. ad platforms, website CMS)
  
  

• Respond to communication in a timely manner
  
  

• Deliver any content or input needed to complete the project
  Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines and outcomes.
  
  
  

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be made according to the agreed-upon terms before the project begins or at outlined milestones.
Once work begins, payments are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once a service agreement or contract has been signed and work has started, cancellation is not permitted and payments are non-refundable.
In select cases, we may allow the project to be paused and resumed later — but this is subject to our approval.

7. Intellectual Property

All final deliverables, including video content, landing pages, and ad creatives, become the client’s property once full payment is received.
Until full payment is made, all rights remain with Animation Fuel.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any business losses, lost revenue, or outcomes outside the scope of the services agreed.
We commit to delivering the outlined strategy and assets, but final results also depend on client collaboration and external variables.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients with active projects.
